In order to be more accessible to a variety of patients in different locations, Hive is happy to offer pelvic floor physical therapy services in Wayzata, too! Our Wayzata clinic is located inside the Minneapolis Integrative Medicine Center! MIMC is located on the first floor within the 1120 building. There is not a dedicated sign for Hive, but you can find us by entering the automatic double doors and going through the entrance to Minneapolis Integrative Medicine, which is to the left in suite 110.
Once you enter through that door, there is a front desk where you will be greeted. You will be able to wait in the comfortable lounge space area, as well as have access to a private bathroom. Once it is time for your appointment, your provider will come and lead you to the treatment room!

Dr. Laura is a leader in her field. She has a vibe that immediately makes you feel comfortable and trusting her with your care. I have been to four PTs over 15 years and she takes the cake with all her knowledge and practical approach to rehab and strength. She always shares, down to the smallest details, exactly why you are feeling symptoms and what needs to happen to reset your pelvic floor to set you up for success. She is totally committed to seeing you succeed and shares so many resources for current and future healing, rehab, and strength training. I chose to pay out of pocket for Dr. Laura even though insurance covered other "pelvic floor therapists;" I didn't want to risk investing time over a wrong diagnosis or less than ideal recovery plan, and Dr. Laura came highly recommended from a doctor I trust. Dr. Laura is truly a leader in this profession and should be teaching all the other pelvic floor specialists how to be the best!

As a busy mom of two and a nurse practitioner, I don’t waste my time on a pelvic floor physical therapist unless she’s really good.
